Mr. Perry is dedicated to obtaining maximum financial recovery for clients who have suffered wrongdoing at the hands of their employers.  With a particular interest in the field of complex wage and hour litigation, including class actions and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act, Mr. Perry has a strong track-record of helping employees recover unpaid overtime and minimum wages, improperly withheld commissions and expense reimbursements, and proper compensation for “off-the-clock” and “under-the-table” work.

Mr. Perry graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, majoring in Finance.  He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.  While at Georgetown, Mr. Perry was Senior Editor of The Tax Lawyer, the Nation’s most prestigious legal journal on the subject of taxation.  During law school, working with firms representing plaintiffs on the west coast, Mr. Perry helped secure more than $200,000,000 in client recoveries, in cases ranging from Constitutional violations to breach of contract and construction defect litigation.  Prior to law school, Mr. Perry worked in the technology sector overseeing data storage, servers, and cloud computing systems for a globally recognized co-location center.
